Takeover Car Wash Bays – Booking Terms & Conditions At Takeover Car Wash Bays, provided by LEVEL Detailing and a collaboration of the island’s top detailers, we strive to offer a smooth and professional experience for all bookings. Please review the following terms before securing your appointment. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy 🔹 Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their car wash appointment up to 48 hours (2 days) before their scheduled time. To do so, please contact us via our booking system or phone, and we will accommodate your request based on availability. 🔹 Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, you must do so at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. Please note that cancellations within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the £5 deposit paid at the time of booking. 🔹 No Additional Fees: There are no extra charges for rescheduling within the 72-hour window. However, cancellations made within this timeframe will result in a loss of the deposit. 🔹 Late Cancellations: Any cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the £5 deposit. 🔹 Confirmation: All rescheduled appointments or cancellations will be confirmed via email or phone. Liability Disclaimer By booking this service, you acknowledge that your vehicle is being professionally cleaned by LEVEL Detailing and partnered detailers, all of whom carry their own liability insurance. You understand that you are booking at your own risk, and Takeover Promotional Events cannot be held liable for any damage that may occur during the cleaning process.
